2008 Events Include...2008 Conference: African Women in the Diaspora - Our annual conference to be held June 20-21, 2008 at the University of Minnesota. National Women & Girls HIV/AIDS Aware Day Event March 8, 2008: Lots of African food and entertainment with presenters, testimonials, exhibitors, free HIV testing, an African Fashion Show and dances by MAWA’s AGILE Program Participants and the Titambe Dance Group. Outreach Programs - Workshops and presentations for community groups, law enforcement agencies, and schools. |
